The educational process was interrupted several times this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Since the end of September, the problem of studying displaced Artsakh pupils and students has increased. Those responsible in these crisis situations have made extensive use of the educational reforms and tools implemented within the framework of the Open Government Partnership.
